When you place to open the app, click "JaneToGo" and you will automatically be connected to a driver. Let the driver know what you need and where to pick it up from and that's it! Your transaction is safe and secure and your driver will give you an estimate of your arrival time.

As a Jane customer, your fulfillment is our first concern. When you request a JaneBox anonymity is also your choice. We do not share your information with third parties and our drivers will refer to you by the identity that you share in our app. As we build our connections with the various stores, pharmacies, and restaurants, we will keep you posted on how you can earn discounts through JANE.
